Hoty Enterprises has been committed to Erie County for 30 years.  Brothers Zack and Angelo Hoty have seen the company grow from the development, ownership and management of shopping centers and office buildings to marinas, a family fun center and residential developments.  The second generation of the Hoty family, John M. Hoty, Kula Hoty Lynch, Mark Hoty and Todd Hart, hope to continue on the tradition in further cultivating current investments and looking for exciting new projects in the northwest Ohio area.

Hoty Enterprises’ current projects include Angel’s Path and Angel's Pointe - residential communities in Perkins Township; Outback Plaza, Commerce Plaza, Pointe Plaza, Enterprise Plaza and Quarry's Edge on Route 250 in Sandusky; and Rye Beach Plaza in Huron.  In 2000, Hoty Enterprises built the 256-slip Son Rise Marina on First Street in Sandusky.

Hoty Enterprises hopes to expand their continuing development and operations in Erie County and to increase the quality of living for area residents.
