John M. Hoty
John M. Hoty is the President of Hoty Enterprises. John joined the company full-time in 1986 after obtaining his real estate license. He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, receiving both a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree.
John’s initial duties for the company entailed accounting and financial analysis. In 1987 he was named the company’s Treasurer, overseeing the bookkeeping and financing duties of the company and its subsidiaries. The company’s subsidiaries operated eight operating businesses and ten real estate projects, with over 150 full-time employees. In 2000, John was named the President of Hoty Enterprises. Implementing a new strategic vision for the company, John oversaw the divestiture of many of its operating business and the relocation of the company from its Cuyahoga County based headquarters to Erie County. Today, John oversees the acquisition and fundraising for the company’s real estate based projects, as well as fundraising and management oversight of the company’s 20+ projects.
In addition to his duties with Hoty Enterprises, John serves on the board of several other organizations, including: Erie County Chamber of Commerce, Key Bank: Firelands Advisory Board, Greater Erie County Marketing, and Wigs for Kids.

Kula Hoty Lynch
Kula Hoty Lynch is the corporate Secretary and corporate Counsel for Hoty Enterprises, Inc. Kula has been affiliated with Hoty Enterprises since 1990 and joined Hoty Enterprises in a full-time capacity in 2000. Kula graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University with a major in Political Science in 1993, and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1997. She has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1998 and obtained her real estate license in 2000. Kula's duties include acting as in-house counsel for Hoty Enterprises, as well as sales and leasing.

Zack Hoty
Zack Hoty, a Director of Hoty Enterprises Inc., joined Hoty Enterprises in 1979 and obtained his real estate license in 1980. In 1983 Zack became a licensed broker, while in 1985 he attained the Institute of Real Estate Management's designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and in 1993 he earned his commercial appraiser license. Zack's property management experience includes managing a diverse portfolio of properties including shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, marinas, motels, office buildings, and mini-warehouses.

Angelo Hoty
Angelo Hoty, a Director of Hoty Enterprises Inc, joined Hoty Enterprises in 1980 at which time he became a licensed real estate agent. Angelo serves as the Operations Manager for Hoty Enterprises as well as Construction Manager for the various projects, including the company’s newest residential project, Angel’s Path. As part of his duties, Angelo also oversees the operations of the Hoty Marine Group.

Todd Hart, a Director of Hoty Enterprises, Inc., joined the company in 2000. Todd received his real estate license in 2001 and his duties include the construction oversight of various commercial and residential projects.

Mark Hoty
Mark Hoty has been affiliated with Hoty Enterprises, Inc. since 1994, after graduating from Ohio State with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mark obtained his real estate license in 1990 and is currently working on obtaining his broker’s license. Mark has acted as property manager for a variety of commercial properties including apartments, condominiums and office buildings.
